My Goals:
I want to feel healthy and be thin again. I want to be happy and feel good inside and out. Not only do I want e to know I look better I want my children to know I do too.
My Program:
I am trying my hardest to keep up with the strength traing and cardio. I have great difficulty in my current condition. The pain over bares what it's worth sometimes. I still try every day though to do as much as I can. Walking, lifting a can of soup over my head a few times or just taking the stairs when ever possible.
Personal Information:
I am a mother of 2 and now married to a wonderful man named James!
Other Information:
I enjoying the outdoors including camping, hiking, snowboarding and volleyball. I also like curling up to a good book and an open camp fire!
