Hey, I am Barbara, or MAY as I am known on Spark, thanx for stopping by. ;o)
Here we go again!! I really love being on this weightloss Journey!! NOT!!!! LOL
I turned 60 May 24th, though I have lost 11 pounds there is still more to be done, I will not be like a Helicopter Hovering and getting nowhere, SO I am ready to take off!! Though I am now 188!! And am so very happy have get that 11 pounds off!!

So here is my goal:

Then I will go from there...

I have reset my teams in random order, These are my favorites,
1.)Rep challenge me against myself
2.) 28 Day BootCamp Challenge
3.Hula-Hoop Challenge
4.) 10 minutes a Day5!
5.) Jump Rope Challenge
6.) C25K - Running for Beginners

I will be working on these though not everyday, some yes

But I am willing to try, try, again and if you don't succeed try again!! I once had this on a shirt!! Wonder where that shirt went.

I have met so many wonderful friends on this journey!! Who have lost more weight than I!! And I am jealous!

Ok enough about everyone else this was supposed to be about me!
So here goes, I joined sparkpeople many years ago, my name was Babbadean, and for some unknown Stupid reason I canceled and started over again... OH well

I was a thin kid never overweight till I was like 17 I think I stopped growing and grew the other way, then I joined the AF right out of HS, met my wonderful DH got married, our first bundle of Joy, J.P. a Boy, was born 9 months and 9 days later, that is when I got thin again, I only gained 15 and 1/2 pounds and I even fit into my old clothes to go, home, lost 9 first trimester!! Not FUN!!

Then 2 and 1/2 yeas later our next 2 bundles of joy came, Christopher and Joshua ,so yes I am a MOM of 3 Sons LOL, I gained 32 and a 1/2 pounds my first trimester, I lost 11 pounds which put me at 116 pounds, though I could not fit into my clothes on the way home it did not take me long... I was thin until I hit about 42 when I stopped waitressing, got to the point where I really hated people, and that is not good when waiting tables!! So now fast forward 14years I am now 50 pounds heavier!!

So Here I go again STARTING ANEW!! I know ya'll are tired of me saying that as I am tired of saying it...

So here is what I am going to do!!
1) 10 Minutes of Hula-Hooping, 20 sec. HIIT, 40 sec. Just Hooping
2) 100 Squats
3) Drink 64 Oz. of water!
4) 10 Minutes of a Spark Video
5) Jump Rope 5 minutes every Day, thanx to the Jump Rope Challenge.
6) C25K every other day

To be able to fit into my size 10 dress!!
Which I am getting closer too!!

My Program:
Though I have done well I can do better, So here I go!!
1. Hula-Hoop 10 Min.
2. Drink 64 oz. of Water or Unsweetened Tea
3. Only 2 cups of Coffee!!
4. Take my Medicine as I am supposed to everyday, which I should be doing anyway!!
5. Jump Rope everyday
6. 100 Squats
7. 28 Day Bootcamp
9. Drink 64oz or more of water
10. At least 7 hours of sleep

Hello, I am a Wife, and Mom of 3 Young Men, one of whom was killed 17 years ago June 15, 2002. he was 18.
He has an Identical Twin brother who married a wonderful young lady ;o) and he is 35 and our first Grandchild is 10 Sept. (Lane) with his Little Brother Cole, 5 And they have a little Sister, Caroline "Beau" Beau was born and is the cutest ever!! She is 4
My oldest son is living in New Orleans he is 36 and has a wonderful Wife They have their first child Edwin, that is him on the bottom, And His name is Edwin John, after both Grandparent's. ;o) and will, call him Little Edwin 4!! They are the lights of my life!! And a little Sister named Margaret, who is 2 and a little brother Eli

OH Yeah!! and Last but not least I have been Very Happily married for 37 and 1/2 years!!
~~Laughter is The BEST Medicine~~ so ~~LAUGH everyday~~
