I am so tired of this weight at 314 I am hurting all over, time to
make the time for me and get serious about losing weight.
I am a diabetic on insulin. Need to get my health back NOW.
No More stopping or Restarting just going to get healthy.
We are what we eat so we need to pay attention to just exactly what that is and how your body reacts. The very least you should be doing is eating fresh and whole foods. Cut out the preservatives in pre-packaged food. Keep away from the 3 whites: sugar, flour, and pasta. Our food has the means to prevent and heal disease. Our food choices can either kill us (an ever-increasing number of studies say that they are) or pull us out of the disease process, heal us and put us back on track for lifelong health. Food should be our medicine of choice, not drugs. More than half our entire population has to take at least one drug daily (usually more than one). Degenerative diseases like heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and even several forms of cancer, could almost always be prevented � and in many cases reversed � by eating healthy food.

Follow a healthy eating plan and walk 3 to 4 times a week. Drink plenty of water. Get a least 7 hours of sleep a night.

    September brings fall, with the leaves falling, changing to colors of red,
    orange, gold, yellow, and brown. It brings cooler temperatures, shorter days,
    as we start to wear long-sleeved shirts, bring out the sweatshirts we've had
    packed away for months, and the jackets we wished we did not have to wear
    for awhile. We smell fall in the air, as we the pick the vegetables from
    the gardens, & the plants we bring in before the frost.
    We see flocks of geese traveling to warmer weather, and enjoy watching
    the children playing in the leaves, as they laugh, smile, & have fun.
