Introduction Text I last updated this page in 2012 and guess what? I DID NOT lose. I gained.....again. The YoYo is craycray! The struggle is REAL. But FINALLY, I have new motivation. I started a new health supplement using Plexus Products. It has literally changed MY LIFE. I don't have to nap anymore. I am not irritable and uncomfortable. I lost 15lbs my first month and that was only exercising once a week for an hour. It has leveled out my cravings for sweets and mostly it has inspired me to REALLY dig in on this weight loss thing. I can exercise more. I can choose more healthy options. I can encourage, motivate, and support others. So I am excited. Ten years later, my old ediet pals and I are doing a challenge on Facebook. I call it PATHS. PATHS to change. It's an acronym. P. Positive A. Action T. Team H. Health S. Sharing It's obvious I need my Plexus and I need my team.
