Introduction Text Have you ever looked in the mirror or seen a photo and not recognized yourself? That's what led me here. I realized, my body, my ability, my weight is something that I think about everyday. It affects so many things that determine a large part of the quality of my life. I want my husband to show me off ( is that shallow?), I want to never have to think about putting a shirt on over my swimsuit to hide, I never want someone to ask me again "when are you due" when I'm NOT pregnant, I want to be able to keep up with my boys, I want to play with out worrying about having enough strength to protect my back from further injury, I want to live with out physical pain and love with out fear - even myself, including myself. So what do I need? I was talking with my oldest, and in the wise words of an eight year old he said "What makes me different Mom is I never give up, just like you. " ***WOW*** Never give up on something if you think about it every day. Never give up.

1.tracking food to make sure I get a good balance of protien/carbs/fat 2.reasonable not obsessive working out

I live in the sierra nevada mountains in peaceful Northern California. My secret passion is photography, my not so secret passion....my boys. Aside from managing raging arthritis, my biggest challange is working every day to raise my boys to be conscientious women respecting, God loving men.

I'm living with/married to for the last 12 years an aspiring film maker who is adicted to disk golf!! HELP!! :) Me? I have a serious infatuation with my snowshoes, and have just rescued a lab/queensland heeler mix who LOVES the snow! What a match.
