    emoticon I just happened to see that you were hungry and were trying to cut your portions, Karen. I have an enormous appetite and would ordinarily feel hungry all day long. But I eat lots of vegetables - I love all kinds. There are low-calorie "dips" you can make, such as combining fat-free yogurt with, say, onion soup mix and having onion "dip" for your veggies.
