Introduction Text Starting over again!. I had given up on Spark people, well not Spark People but myself. Although I was exercising and eating right the weight was not coming off so I just gave up. Well as you can imagine , that isn't working! So here I am again rededicating to giving myself the opportunity to get healthy.

Lose 1/2 pound on average per week. Measure progress weekly. Track food daily do 45 minutes physical activity 5 days a week. Reduce golf handicap by Sept 30./2010 by 2 strokes. Only goal achieved. Drink 8 glasses water daily.

Walk 45 minutes 5 days per week week. Strength train 3 days per week. Eat between 1200 and 1500 calories every day get 8 hours a sleep a night. No eating in front of the TV.

I love to read , almost anything. I am an avid scrapbooker . I watch too much TV. My favorite show this year is The Good Wife.
