My Goals:
my goal is to lose 70 pound in 10 pound goals. i want a healthier diet. i've got to start exercising.

My Program:
 calorie 1200 to1500. exercise will have to start small and build up. have to work on the water also.

 i love reading just about anything. most music. and my down fall tv. favorit movie flash dance. i love cats as you can see. i have TWO abner is no longer with me.
