    glad to see you here.. I have been on and off here several times but I am determined to finally make a change... I too would like to lose over 100 lbs ...It sounds like something you have done has been working for you. Congrats on that!!! I am going on the small changes as mentioned because I seem to get overwhelmed and then just give up..Meeting new friends helps me alot as that is what I am lacking at home--someone to chat with and learn and not being told what to do..Cheers

    It sounds like you have a lot going on. Maybe start by making small changes to your diet and getting in some exercise. Then build from there. That way you don't get too overwhelmed by too much too soon.
    One day/ one step at a time.

    Consider going to your sparkpage and putting a little about you and your journey on it so that when we come to say hi we can read how you are doing.

    Also remember to participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined as that is where you will be encouraged and motivated
