Working towards healthier habits
I had Weight-Loss Surgery in 2005 (after reaching my highest weight of 315 lbs), and lost about 140 pounds (down to 175). Unfortunately, I got into some really bad habits and regained about 60 of that. Clearly, I needed to get back on track. I joined Spark in 2009, but it took a couple years for everything to come together.
Ultimately, it's been about eating less and exercising more, but the devil is in the details. I write down everything I eat, and track it on sparkpeople ...

Eventually, I want to get down to 155 and have my BMI under 25.
