A healthier me


I am 29 years old and told myself by the time that I turn 30 (in December) I want to be at a desirable weight prefferably around 130-140, healthier, in better shape and happier about my appearance.

I want to make a lifestyle change because that is the only way to lose the weight for good and keep it off. I know I can do it! Kristi

My Goals:
I would like to lose 35 pounds and feel more confident about my appearance.

I also want to have more energy, be more active and live longer.

My Program:
 Consume between 1200 and 1550 calories per day.

Eat 2 fruits/veggies 1x per day.

Increase my water intake.

Start incorporating exercise into my weight loss plan.


Personal Information:
I am originally from Texas, but am currently living in Missouri.

I graduated from Texas A&M University! Whoop!
