Hi! My name is Ann. This is my motivation right now! Grandbabies! I love being Abuela and want to be healthy enough to enjoy my time with my grandkids.

I like scrapbooking, tatting, crochet, knitting, counted cross-stitch, playing the piano, swimming, biking, hiking, and camping.

My Goals:
Hike Mount Timp again.
Hike in the Grand Canyon, all the way down and back.
Be healthy for my grandbabies.
Do a triathlon.--done July 2017

My Program:
 Whole foods, plant based. Low sugar, oil and salt. Plus exercise.

    Your "little belle" in your profile picture is pretty. She kind of reminds me of my mom's "Sunbonnet quilt." We loved that quilt to pieces until it was so worn out that it had to go. There was no greater treat at a sleepover than for my to let us use the sunbonnet quilt.

    Wow. When I looked the photo up full size on your photos, I realized that this was you. Was this in Honduras?
