Hi! My name is Ann. This is my motivation right now! Grandbabies! I love being Abuela and want to be healthy enough to enjoy my time with my grandkids.

I like scrapbooking, tatting, crochet, knitting, counted cross-stitch, playing the piano, swimming, biking, hiking, and camping.

My Goals:
Hike Mount Timp again.
Hike in the Grand Canyon, all the way down and back.
Be healthy for my grandbabies.
Do a triathlon.--done July 2017

My Program:
 Whole foods, plant based. Low sugar, oil and salt. Plus exercise.

    Your a wise woman not to push your children in any way shape or form. I have found pushing doesn't work only slow their progress. :) You are doing great with your weight loss. Keep up the good work.

    I would bet the Bishop is very grateful you are hanging in there, not to mention the sisters.

    Do you have some grands now? They are the ones I wish I had had first. LOL Just kidding. I've been babysitting two while their parents work and when they are out of school. But "Mom" quit work today. She's had enough and I am praying it is going to help her be happy to stay at home now. It just wasn't worth the hassle she was receiving for such low pay and not being able to be with her family.

    I can sure see the advisability of mothers staying home and not working unless it is mandatory, especially when children are young.

    Hope your week goes well. Keep up the good work toward your goals.

    Well, either you told me or I just figured that was your calling but wasn't sure. I have no doubt that you are not only great at doing it but it is and will be the hardest job you will ever love. :) I can only imagine as I have never had the privilege.
