Introduction Text Yeah, I've been here, done that before, and I was a SUCCESS. "Things" happened and I fell off into the manure of life and just wallowed for a couple of years, but you know what??? THAT'S OKAY!!!! I'm BACK, I'm DETERMINED and I WILL SUCCEED! Look me up: MrsHoneyC (now living in Kentucky)

To get ME back by my 48th birthday!!! Okay, to get off of the high blood pressure medication.

Daily regimen of 30 minutes cardio. WATER.

I was born in San Francisco, but consider myself a GlobeTrotter. By the time I was 10 we'd moved to Japan, and since then I've lived in Canada, Tripoli, Saudi Arabia, Spain. I've been married since August 1983 and we've MADE IT WORK - some days/months/years were HORRIBLE and are a blur, but it's been worth it! I've got 3 grown kids - 2 boys and a girl. We've recently moved to Kentucky and I'm LOVING it here! I had reached goal weight back in 2006 and maintained for almost 4 years, but "things" happened. Now I'm back and more determined than ever to regain my healthy lifestyle!!!
