I have been all over the place weight-wise, I'm trying to live low carb (takes practice!) I'm pretty darn close to goal! It won't be long now. and I'll keep it off with a LC lifestyle.

My Goals:
To lose 20 pounds (or so)

Be a happier person

Be healthier and have more energy

My Program:
 Following a LCHF/Keto lifestyle and try to walk a bit everyday


Personal Information:
I love to garden, read, cook and quilt. When I can, I commercial fish for salmon in Southeast Alaska. I have a Leonberger called Hannibal or more often Little H and a Siberian Forest Cat called Oliver who goes by many names, Siberian Serial Killer, Kitty Jihad, and the SFC among others.

Other Information:
 I'm an Anglophile so read and watch as much of that type of thing as possible; any Masterpiece, James Herriot, Agatha Christie. I like mysteries in general but the British ones are best!

    i live in squamish, bc which is an hour north of vancouver right in the mountains. mountains on one side, ocean on the other. lots of wildlife here.

    where do you live? we don't have wolves. cougars though. i haven't seen one yet and don't really want to.

    Sorry I must have missed that mail! I was just at the doctor's today. There are two other extremely small sites in my neck. The general conclusion is, that since it is such a non aggressive type of lymphoma, they are going to keep a watch on me. They will repeat the PET scan at intervals. If I find a lump or something starts to get bigger I am to see him immediately, otherwise it's keep a steady course.
    I'm keeping a LC diet and feel better for it as always. I have managed to catch a cold but that's just like the rest of the population here!
    Thanks for all the support! I can't even begin to tell you how much it means. I hope things are going well for you. I'm sure we'll all feel better once Spring actually arrives. God bless! emoticon
