Thanks for the comment on my blog. You CAN do this. Just start with small steps/changes. My favorite exercise is dancing. I put the music on and just dance as I go about my chores, taking a few moments to dance to a particular song. Music seems to motivate me more than anything (except when I'm walking TOO early in the morning...lolol). I try to keep moving during the day- a little here, a little there - it all adds up. I'm not one for structure and routine but I DO force myself to do strength training because I love the results from it (even though I'm cursing the weights when I'm doing it!) Remember...this is a lifestyle change so find things that you can do to turn into good habits. I also find reading and commenting on others' blogs helps me stay focused.
