I have about 10-12 pounds left to go to reach my goal. I have been unable to move the needle either up of down in the past several months. I joined the spark boot camp and am hoping this will be the final challenge it takes to get me to my goal...Vegas in May!!
I have about 10-12 pounds left to go to reach my goal. I have been unable to move the needle either up of down in the past several months. I joined the spark boot camp and am hoping this will be the final challenge it takes to get me to my goal...Vegas in May!!

Fitness Minutes: 7,161

My Goals:
-to lose 10-12 pounds by May 1.
-run 5 out of 7 days a week (or bike)
-wear my bathing suit happily!

My Program:
 I go to the gym for cardio a minimum of 4 days per week. I have also been fairly consistent at tracking my food!
