Welcome to the Capital District Team! Congratulations on the birth of your baby girl, too. As a retired LaLecehLeague Leader it is great to know when a momma is nursing her precious infant. Remember you need about 500 high quality calories a day to make all that good milkie for her which is a wonderful thing to help you get to your goal weight with not too much extra effort!! Keep up the good work! peace, Fran team co-leader. 3562 days ago

AMALGAMATION
It's been awhile! Things have a been a little rocky on my end - I have not been making it to the gym nearly as much as I want to. I kept busy with cleaning and running errands so I wasn't just a couch potato, but I still should be doing more. So I pulled out my Wii Fit and also purchased My Personal Fitness Coach over the weekend. I'm hoping that I can at least squeeze a half hour of that in the days I don't go to the gym.
I'm also trying to work out 5 days a week and gain back my portion control. I eat pretty healthy overall, I just eat too much.
I never made it to the fully active and healthy stage. I was really close a couple of times, but I didn't quite make it. So this time I'm trying to just increase my activities and food knowledge. Not focus on the lbs shedding. In due time they will if I step it up enough. :)
My boyfriend is helping me as well. I'm terrible at motivating myself or doing things for myself in general so he's been helping push when I need a shove.

I think I'm going to take your advice and stay in tonight. Maybe do some at home exercises where I won't push myself quite as hard.
So how often do your normally work out? Are you dieting at well? I try to get in at least 3x a week. I'm more cautious about what I eat and really trying to use portion control. I hate limiting my food! 4395 days ago
