Work in Progress~still!
I'm a wife and mother of two great children, 27 and 23. My one child is a special needs child. I have been married for close to 28 years to a loving faithful husband. I am thankful for all the support and encouragement on here. I have lost and gained through the years. I want to come to what is a normal weight for me and stay there to keep healthy.

I have made progress on my journey here since I have started. I still have work to do and by His grace I will keep on. God has been renewing my dreams and desires that He placed in my heart years ago. I am believing that I will see the fulfillment one step at a time.
'Yet I will exult in the Lord, I will rejoice in the God of my salvation. The Lord God is my strength, and He has made my feet like hinds' feet, and makes me walk on my high places.' Habakkuk 3:18 & 19

MAKE GOOD HEALTHY CHOICES!
All things are legitimate-permissible, and we are free to do anything we please; but not all things are helpful (expedient, profitable and wholesome). Amplified Bible I Cor. 10:23
So I can eat what I want, but is it good for me? Not all things are good for me to have, so I chose to delight in making beneficial choices for my body's health.

My Goals:
New goals for 2016
1.Do my cardio, tredmill 3 times a week,(will increase later) and my strengthening exercises for my back.
2. Focus on eating healthy and making wise choices.
3. Weekends are a weak area, focus on staying on course. "All things are allowable, but not all things benefit, or are good for me to do" I Cor. 10:23 (paraphrased)
My long term goal is to get my bloodpressure and cholesterol under control, thyroid healed and maintain a healthy weight.
My Program:
I have cut out refined sugar, dairy and gluten. I am eating fruit, vegetables, lean meats, more of a paleo routine. I found out recently I have thyroid issues, so have changed eating to heal.
I have an active job, and I walk on the tredmill or outside when the weather is nice, which I enjoy better.
Personal Information:
I'm from Pennsylvania.
Other Information:
I love Jesus. He is my strength and my life.
'For by You I can run upon a troop; and by my God I can leap over a wall. Ps. 18:29'
Love my family too! They are a joy to me!
