I am ready for a change! To quote Dr. Who, "Allons-y!" I am ready to go, go, go! My husband and I have made a commitment to live a better lifestyle. This is not only important for our health, but also for our daughter. I am ready to the best role model I can be for my daughter!

Fitness Minutes: 185

My Goals:
Goal 1: Drink my water every day. I have realized there are days that go by where I have had only diet soda! Eek!

Goal 2: Move more. Period. Put the computer down and move.

Goal 3: Find fun ways to get the family moving. Who doesn't need more family time?

My Program:
 Not sure yet! Just exploring Sparkpeople at this point and what will work best for me.

    Just checking in to see how you are doing? The last 3 weeks have been crazy with going back to school. I've been swamped since I've been back. i did start doing my workouts in the morning, though, and that seems to help me get going for the day. How are you doing? I see you've lost weight!! Good for you! Keep it going!!! I'm excited because I met my first mini-goal!!! Stop by when you get a chance!!
