Hi, @ALLYLIZZY! Thank you so much for all my goodies-you really spoil me! :-)

You asked about the poses I like the best. Almost daily, I use the Shavasana (don't be put off by the other name, Corpse Pose.) It's really nice after a longer or harder workout, or when I get home from a Latchkey session that was hard. It just helps me 'get it all apart' or 'away' from me, if that makes sense. I like to do Tadasana, or Mountain Pose, while I'm talking myself into working out, on those days that I'm really procrastinating. Vriksasana, or Tree Pose, is just nice, but I don't think of it as often as I should. I had to look it up to tell you about it. :-D I do Uttanasana prior to working out as a stretch. Finally, and my top favorite pose with the Shavasana, is the Legs Up The Wall, or Viparita Karani. It is excellent for prior to sleep, whether you need it, or not. The Shavasana and the Viparita Karani are poses I do with the Latchkey kids now and then. ;-) It doesn't put them to sleep, but makes it easier for them to concentrate after a long school day. They get a lot of screen time.

Well, those are the ones I've liked the best. I hope your Yoga journey brings you all you wish for, @ALLYLIZZY! I'm so happy we met up here. You bring a number of us Sparkers a lot of joy! :-) emoticon
