    :-D Wow-I posted a 4 paragraph comment, and SP went down, and now it's gone! :-D :-D

OK-I think I can put it together again! :-D The corpse pose is sobering initially, but as you say, it's really nice when you get past the corpse part. Or, ignore it, because Shavasana is pretty, anyway. As to Tadasana and Vriksasana, do the one you prefer. They both help leg groups, while the Vriksasana strengthens the vertebral column, as well. I like that, as later in life, it will help me prevent falls. That's not a thing you need to think about as yet.

I should also explain that when I did yoga as a practice, I did it using Yoga Journal, following coaches and instructors featured within. So, my practice was simple. I started almost 20 years ago, and worked to the point of holding poses for up to 5 minutes. It took some time to get there, especially because my mind wandered to things that seemed to need to be done as soon as I got a pose properly! :-D Anyway, my recollection is that the instructors advised the same thing lots of other exercise trainers still do: do to the point of muscle fatigue, which is when the muscle is simply tired, and don't go beyond that. You don't want a burn, or anything like that. The muscles will still develop with yoga, just over more time. Your body will still grow stronger, and your overall balance and posture will become perfect. So, do what you feel, as you feel it. You can always go back to your mat after while, and do something more or else! :-) OK, I'm going to post this, while everything seems to be working well. I hope I got everything, but if not, I'll catch up in the morning! I hope your Tuesday was really nice, @ALLYLIZZY, and early Happy Wednesday!
