Hey Ally, Glad to see you finally back at sparking. I know exactly how you feel about the exercise, the restrictive meal plan, etc. Working at sustainability has always been my motto. What is life like sustaining and maintaining my weight? I have had the weight creep back little by little ( not all of it only 20 or so after maintaining 70 lb loss for almost 5 yrs) and agree that the best way to maintain a loss is to track and do what is sustainable. Living life and getting in as much exercise as possible while eating healthy and the occasional treat. I initailly lost all of my weight following WW and increasing my exercise up to 2 hrs a day. Rigth now, getting in activity and a workout 4-5 days a week is all I can do. We are all in this together. Hope to see you around. Hugs, Paige 2451 days ago
