My Goals:
When people look at me in disdain for dieting, I just tell 'em:
"I'm not out to be a Barbie, I'm out to be an AMAZON!"


I have a high stress life, so avoiding sugary foods and high fructose corn syrup as well as exercising regularly as a healthy alternative to stress drinking/smoking/drugs

My Program:
 being a CONSCIOUS member of the world...being aware of everything around me, not only what I eat!

After 6 months of this, incredibly my palate actually changed. I crave less sweet and carby foods (which I get an unpleasant sugar headrush from nowadays) and have the control when I feel sated.
Getting discipline like that was 90% of the battle, and I am on the winning side right now.
