Fitness Minutes: 2,445

My Goals:
I started at 117kgs March 2009, 115kgs 15th September 2009,
Down to 97.3 25th December 2009,
Back up to 101kgs Febuary, 95.9kgs April 15th 2010 and
Will be under 90kgs by New years.

I have made a promise to myself, for every 10kgs I loose I will never regain it, that my friends is my ultimate goal.

Well that didn't happen.
I am around 130kgs. I don't know exactly as I no longer weigh myself obsessively but my next goal is to gut under 120kgs by the 23rd July 2016. I will reassess after that but that is my current goal.

My Program:
My planned program
Sunday- Walk, work
Monday- PT session.
Tuesday- Cleaning, speech, 1hr home gym session.
Wednesday- Cleaning, OTx2
Thursday- Cleaning. speech, psych, 1hr home gym session.
Friday- Support group, Work.
Saturday- Walk, clean, work.

Personal Information:
I am from Western Australia where I am still residing with my husband and 4 children, 3 of whom have special needs.
I have a range of health complications also, some of which may be helped with increased fitness levels and decreased mass.

Other Information:
I chose my ticker to show my journey, the mountains are for the hurdles of different forms, the turtle to remind myself slow and steady wins the race.
