I completely missed my goals for the summer, and was just asked if I was pregnant at a party where it had been a while since I'd seen some folks. Time to burn off the Muffin Top

Fitness Minutes: 2,549

My Goals:
1) Lose 20 pounds (be 125)

2) Lower my overall cholesterol (currently 193), and change my HDL and LDL numbers to ones within healthy guidelines

3) Waist must no longer be 36"

4) Exercise 210 minutes a week
