Introduction Text

One little goal at a time. First mini goal is to reach 20 lb loss. (CHECK) Next goals include: At 50 lbs lost, I will upload a before and after photo as hopefully it will be a clear difference. I also want to do a video blog at that time too!

I'm using Plexus. It's giving me that extra boost I need. It has given me tons of energy and has helped regulate my blood sugar! I'm also losing weight and feeling great! Over a month into it and I'm STILL feeling great! Ask me about Plexus as I would love to share it with you too!

I'm almost 43 years old. I live in Missouri with my husband and 2 children, and one spoiled cat! I am back in college after 20+ years pursuing a degree in elementary and special education.

I love to help motivate others! I realize what works for one may not work for another... I believe everyone should be respectful of that. I think finding the right tools to help you succeed are individual to you! But having support is vital!
