Getting serious! Spent a week snacking on junk and drinking sugary stuff during VBS and have just a little over a month to tone up before vacation....Day 1 of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, eating clean and jog/walking 5 days a week. I did it, had to talk myself our of quitting several times during circuit....but I did it! Looking forward to this evening walk jog :)
