I may try to do a few days where I got even lower carb but we’ll see. I’m try to just be patient for now and happy that I’m maintaining but it’s also frustrating with as active and healthy eating as I am. 210 days ago

Thanks for blog comment! YES that’s how I feel with the carbs. I only eat one carb item a day and it’s still not a horrible one, still healthy and I really don’t want to do no carb. I don’t believe it is sustainable or good for the body. 210 days ago

I saw your beautiful picture on the member feed and had to visit your page to find out the location! Florida! I share a lot of your challenges. After MUCH research, I've finally accepted the fact that I am in that group of people that has a low tolerance for carbohydrates. Fasting 18/6, with an occasional 23/1, works great. BUT I'm still learning how many carb grams I can eat before the weight gain creep moves in. Good luck on your journey! 368 days ago
