I have had a tough decade and it shows on my body and mind. I am in recovery and on my way to greatness...or at least on a journey to healthy living. My plan is to build muscle by lifting heavy, sleeping well and lose fat by tracking and careful nutrition.

2019 Goals

Lift heavier. Weigh less.

My Program:
 2019

Eat for muscle, not fat.
Squat, Deadlift, Bench + other things that help me do those.
Sleep well.
Repeat.
