Introduction Text I'm a 34 yr. old homeschooling mom, have had 6 kids in 8 years. My body is worn out and stretched as far as it can go. My goal is to lose my giant baby belly!

I would love to be at least 180 by my birthday in Sept.

Since I'm just starting out, I'm simply tracking my calories, keeping them between 1200-1400/day. I also want to walk/run on the treadmill for at least 60 min./day. And I could definitely use some strength exercises a couple times a week.

I live in Northern California, have 5 beautiful daughters, am wife to a wonderful pastor, home school my kids, love to sew, knit and read.
