I was terrified about closing for no reason whatsoever! I'd heard so many horror stories of people that were supposed to close, but were pushed back for one missing piece of paper, etc... but our only issue was that the settlement company had to re-fax something that didn't go through the first time.
I definitely counted all of the moving, stair climbing, unpacking, etc. in my head... but I didn't track it because I'd slacked on tracking everything in all the moving madness. I think I'm going to reset just about everything on SP on February 1st... that'll give me a few days to get back into the swing of things and a nice, clean start.

I can relate to having texture issues with foods. There a ton of foods I won't eat because of texture. I had to try a couple of Greek yogurts before I found one that I liked... and I had to remember to really mix it well because it does not taste good plain in my opinion. The Chobani pineapple seems to be my favorite. =) 3055 days ago

Thanks for the blog comment. Luckily, the ice cream is the 1/2 the fat kind so I can totally work in a little bit of it here and there. The problem has been that there's been more than a little bit far too often lately. I'm hoping to avoid the ice cream aisle after this 1/2 gallon is gone though... at least for a little while.
