I am going to do this!
Hi, I am Angee.....I am the mother of 3 small boys. I have been married for 12 years to a great man! I enjoy my life, and look foward to see what God has in store for us next!
I am on a mission to lose my weight and re-gain my body. I hope to reach my goal by my Birthday on April 20th, 2008.
This is more then a diet for me.........I am on a quest to change my life for the better! I know I can do this. :o)

My Goals:
I would like to be able to look in the mirror and feel good about myself. I want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I just want to get HEALTHY and stay Healthy!
My Program:
I want to focus on changing my eating habits. My main goal is to tone up and improve my belly and thigh areas! :o) So my program is going to consist of a lot of cardio and also I want to stay at 1400 calories a day. (to start) :o)
Personal Information:
I am addicted to food and I need to overcome this addiction. I think of food alot! That has to stop! :o)

I love scary movies!
