    Thanks for your comment, So now is the time to get started. Why are you waiting until Monday?

    I'll be out of town on a 7 day cruise -so, I'll be checking on you when I get back. Wish me luck-I'll be in rough dieters waters-If you know what I mean. LOL!!!
    But I am determined not to gain-I probably won't lose-My goal is not to gain.

    OK Angela,

    How about drinking 8 glasses of water every day? ( 1st week)
    Then, add not eating after 7 pm. (2nd week)
    Then, add No fried foods. (3rd week)
    Then add to walk for at least 20 min. per day or wear a pedometer and make sure you take 10,000 steps per day. (4th week)
    First month covered.
    Note each habit was added to the weeks before. Good Luck!! emoticon
