today is the first day on the road to success!! Every step I take gets me one step closer to reaching my goals!!

Short Term Goal 20 pounds gone by June
The Plan...
-90 minutes of Cardio 6 days a week
-weight training 3 days a week
-keep my calories in my range
-8 glasses of water daily
-Step on scale once a week

-Stayed in my calorie range (low end)
-Drank 8 glasses of water
-GOALS ALL MET! (now if I can stay off the scale??)

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 80 pounds, regain my health and become an active participant in my life.


My Program:
currently I am working out 6 days a week about 90 minutes a day. I get up at 5:00 am and do a 30 minute workout (DVD), then walk with my neighbor outside for 30 minutes, and then the stepper for 30 minutes, I am on my 3rd week with this program
