I want to be skinny. That was the purpose of beginning this new challenge in my life but I have found that I LIKE to exercise and look forward to going to the gym everyday. I'm also walking after work in addition to the gym. I need to do it and I am becoming stronger every day from my efforts.

After a slow start, I started counting calories and keeping track of exercise. Maybe I should say I HONESTLY started counting all calories!! I am trying to lose 15- 25 pounds and after a very slow start-5 months to be specific-and gaining and not having any progress, I finally started losing when I became honest with what I was not doing right.

I love the changes I'm seeing in my body and it WILL continue! I WILL NOT STOP or give up on my desire to lose weight, become stronger, healthier and more fit.

I've also added running to my activities. I am not a runner but I want to be one. I would love to run for 5 miles or longer and I'm working on getting better at running. It's a slow process but I'm working on it.

My Goals:
I'm working on losing 25 lbs. I've lost 19 from May 2011 and I have been at a plateau since around November.

I'm learning to eat healthier.

I'm drinking water daily, at least 6-8 cups, more if possible.

I want a stronger, healthier, leaner body.

My Program:
I have trimmed my calories and keeping track of all food & drink that goes into my body.

For a while I was getting 2-3 workouts in a day. Now I'm at 1 but want to get back to 2.

I attend a lunch time total body workout and only a work problem keeps me away from it!

Personal Information:
I joined SP in March 2011 and logged on once or twice, but didn't use it. Two months later, May 6 , 2011 to be exact, I had another bad weigh in & measurements & was ready to give up. May 7th I really began using SP in earnest.

    Be sure to read up a little on the D3 doses, as I don't think it's water soluble like the b's (can get too high in the body). best yet is blood level check and recheck after taking it for a while. good luck getting your energy back!
