Hi, I''m Kelly. Being only 5''1'''' means I have always struggled with my weight because a little bit shows a lot on such a small frame!

I've been gone from Spark a long time. I hit my goals in 2009 and stayed healthy and fit for a long time. Even through starting work then BOOM, promoted to manager, moved in with BF, and turned 30 ...all good and exciting things!! but not for my weight or health. Suddenly the bad habits that were creeping in came back full force and so did the pounds. Back up to 130lbs, uncomfortable clothes and with a wedding (!!!!) in the near future it is time to try this again.

Nutrition:
*Weekly average out to about 1500 cal/day
*I eat 95% whole unprocessed foods
*I am a vegetarian (eat fish and egg whites)
*About 98% dairy free
*I consume EXTREMELY limited amounts of white flour and added sugars
*incorporate protein and healthy fat to stay satisfied
*I tend to eat at least 10 servings of fruit/veggies per day, mostly veggies
*I consume minimal to no processed foods (salt, additives, preservatives, etc)
*I drink 2 cups of tea/day- one green
*Watch water intake

** Ingredients are an important part of nutrition facts **

Exercise:
I usually work out 5- 6x/ wk w/ one being a light active day. About 6-8 total hrs/wk.

    Hey girl! Thanks for commenting on my post. You look amazing! Keep up the great work. I live in south Florida too. I'm looking forward to this summer because hopefully it will be the first time since I was 10 years old that I can wear a 2 piece.
    I also love your "fun" pic! haha there's no night life on the treasure coast. I miss that stuff!

    Just wanted to say GOOD LUCK with everything! I am 5'2" and a lot of people don't realize that 130 is a LOT for someone of our height. I've been struggling with it since I quit dancing so I can definitely relate to your story. Keep up the good work!

    Indeed!!! Eating less seems so much easier than exercising more!!! However, I'll never have a toned body if I don't exercise. Since my surgery in August (which has resulted in a 12 inch scar down my abdomen), I really need to tone up to look good in a bikini!
