Thank you for the love. You are the sweetest neighbor anyone could have ever asked for. I keep forgetting you are not suppose to have sugar. Book Club had a discussion on diabetes and pre diabetes and one of the members mentioned that her doctor said that going for a walk or doing some other form of mild cardio after eating helped to balance the blood sugars. I just sucked down my protein slushie, so think I will grab Bailey (My 13 year old grand dog) and go for a short walk. She is post surgery and they are on vacation, so I am dog sitting. 1635 days ago

Slowly taper off caffeine if that is your plan. Also, switch to organic honey. You won't need as much and it will be processed easier by your body than refined white sugar or any of that garbage in paper packets. This is about health and not necessarily weight loss, although that is desired too. Have you ever tried matcha tea? I love that stuff. Same energy boost w/o the headache. Although I did OD on it the other day and got the jitters. Tons of antioxidants in it. Horribly expensive, but normally, I only use 1/2 teaspoon a day, so it does last. I will look around for a good link to send you on FB. 1643 days ago

Glad the numbers are spurring you to action. I had a big day yesterday at the hospital. Yes, also time for me to conquer the emotional eating. I think I will copy my rant off FB and paste it to a blog here. Nice to look back and figure out when things happened. 1650 days ago

You already belong to the Fatigue team. Let's see if we can breath some life there. I do have trouble remembering to check the team wall, so just post in any thread. 1663 days ago
