    i agree so far i have lost 6 pounds and that excited me too.it is so hard,so very hard especially when the temtation is there in front of you everyday you know.well im sure glad we have eachother to talk to when we are having a hard day.well keep in touch and keep losing GIRL!!!!.

    I'm so glad you did join, I got that click moment too, unfortunately for me I had to actually see what unhealthy does to u to start working on changing me, so far i've lost 14 lbs and I am super excited, I know we can do anythng we set our minds too, all we have to do is work hard and love ourselves.
