    well, I am doing better, I actually signed up for fatloosers again. the things steve says really hit home for me and i am back on track. I binged on lots of candy this weekend and I have to move past that. But with support from sparkpeople I know I can do it.

    Hi! I went to immediately after checking out your page and have now watched the first and second videos. I'm so thrilled to have found this tool, so thank you for getting the word out! It does feel like the missing ingredient for me too. I didn't even realize how many excuses I was making.     That is great that you lost 3 lbs! I started Weight Watchers on Feb. 21st the 1st week I lost 5.8 lbs then this week I didn't do so good, since it is that time of the month, so I ate more than I should have and I didn't track the food so needless to say I gained .8 lbs. This is my last week on the program and I am really going to do my best so I will have a negative number when I weigh in. Last night before dinner I was so hungry so I ate a fiber bar (which I love because they taste like a candy bar to me) and waited a little bit. I was still hungry so instead of grabbing something unhealthy I cooked up some broccoli and ate that. I was proud of myself. Good luck to you too! I would love it if you added me as a friend.
