Introduction Text I have always struggled with my weight for a long time. I lost alot of weight and have been gaining some back so I want to put a stop to it before it gets out of control again.

~ Never eat passed 8pm ~ To lose weight before summer comes around again

~ Cardio Three times a week at least ~ Strength Training at least twice a week ~ Plan meals ahead of time



~*You must begin to think of yourself as becoming the person you want to be*~ ~*You've got to say, I think that if I keep working at this and want it badly enough I can have it. It's called perseverance*~ ~*Confidence is feeling satisfied with who and what we are*~ ~*Nothing tastes as good as being healthy and full of energy feels*~
