Introduction Text Looking at pictures, I hate the way I look, I'm the heaviest I've ever been and don't feel good nor look good. I am refusing to buy new clothes at this size. I am not waiting for a New Year's Resolution - I NEED to start now!!

My goals is to lose weight, but also to feel good. I want to be able to fell comfortable in all my clothes and in all situaitons. I am just not happy at the weight I am .

My plan is to cut out the crap that I eat when I snack, drink my 8 glasses of water per day and exercise at least 20 -30 minutes daily by walking or some other aerobic activity as well as daily crunches.

I am a 45 year old mother of a 16 year old daughter and 20 year old step son. I have been married for 18 years and my husband continues to be the love of my life and tells me I am beautiful no matter what. I am Canadian but have lived in Southern California for the past 20 years and it is now home, although I have not become a citizen and still carry my green card.

I am a softball mom. My daughter plays on a travel ball team. This keeps us very busy on weekends and of course we tend to go out after games and the beer and pizza add up very quickly.
