Ya it's nice to really think over it and see if it could be real. In order for a 5lbs. gain it would need to be 3500 X 5 in addition to the amount of cals to consume to maintain! That a LOT! So that's 17,500 above what you would have burned which is usually another 1500-2000 a day. That's a lot! From what I see of my numbers I should only see a 1lbs. maybe 1.5 gain but I preburned that amount off the 2 weeks prior so I should see no change really. And even if I did gain it's not hard to get it off, I already removed 74lbs. over the last year and few months! But ya between airplanes/TOM/bad nutrition that 5lbs. fluctuation is pretty normal for me. Even if I hit the strength training really hard it can cause it too. LOL I kind of see it as my body "pouting" about something that stressed it! LOL This morning it was showing as 4 now so that's pretty normal for me too that it starts to stabilize and drop back down slowly. Sometimes it's very slow in doing so, we'll see how long it takes this time. LOL It felt really nice to finally HAVE a normal day once again yesterday though! 2260 days ago

YUP Exactly!!! I used to be so skeptical about the lettuce instead of bread but once I finally tried it I was like OH WOW I can't believe I actually prefer it and don't miss the bread one bit!!! I would have done it a long time ago had I just tried it sooner! I love finding out things like this! LOL 2412 days ago
