Hi my name is Audra. I have been struggling with my weight for almost 20 years now. Recently I made up my mind to get healthy. I am married with two children. I used to sit and listen to the kids and my husband talk about working out. Now I am doing it too!

My Goals:
Lose 2 pounds per week


My Program:
 Walk on my treadmill 30 minutes per day.


Do 30 minutes of strengthening exercise 3 times per week.

Track my food intake.

Hi my name is Audra I live in Arizona. I am happily married. My two children Jennelle,20 and Anthony ,18 still live at home with us and are going to school. I love my family.

    I miss talking to ya!! I go to the hospital on thursday morning. They are doing a CT of my neck, blood work and an thyroid up-take. ( which is radiation) I am really trying to think positive and now that i have Faith my mind is else where. I also have a good reason to exercise with out thinking about it. She is such a smart horse i have already been able to work with her hooves, sprayer down with fly spray. And she has these sweet spots that she loves to have scratched. I just lose myself when i with her. This is a good thing.!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon
