Introduction Text I am from Tampa, FL, and I work in a hospital in Maryland as an ER nurse. I lost 50 pounds almost six years ago and now I'm working on that last 10- either it needs to leave or turn into muscle! I love to attempt to run (I'll never win a medal but I know I'm helping myself!), knitting, and making music. I LOVE helping other people get on track to a healthy lifestyle; once you get on a roll it a)does not take over your life like some people think and b) you feel 100% on top of your game! Don't give up! Every day is full of 24 new hours to get back on track!

I want to lose 10 pounds but I am not strapped to that number. If I can buy size 8 pants that's what matters. an ultimate goal for me is size 6, but anything smaller than that would mean I don't get to eat key lime pie.

Eating between 1600-1700 calories a day (though I don't beat myself up if I go over!), exercising a minimum of 3 days but a goal of 5 days a week. I love working out!

I'm into eating healthy foods without PHOs or HFCS, but i realize its going to be there at least 10% of the time. I have fiber goals, wahoo!who wants to be regular with me?
