    I am taking a long-term approach to weight loss. I am not going to eliminate "bad" foods, because I don't think it's realistic to say that you are never going to eat them again for the rest of your life.
    Instead, I am going to focus on eating what I want in moderation, and focusing on incorporating healthier foods into my life.
