Well the year has come and gone and it is time for me to start anew again. This is going to be the year for me to fi9nally quit drinking soda. I cut back significtally last year from having about 6 cans a day to only have about 1-3 a day. This year I am going to try a cut it out all together.

I also plan on adding exercise into the plan. Along with a healthy diet I think I can do this. Here is to a year of changes.

September 13, 2015:

Well the year is almost over and i've only lost 3lbs. I don't drink that much soda anymore. I'll pour some into a glass and forget about it and by the time I remember it is all flat and nasty. My eating habits need to be tweaked just a little now. I decided to do it a step at a time and started with the soda and now my food and exercise needs to get better.

Well a new year is here and I'm down to 207. My goal for the year is to get under 200lbs. I'm down to one can of soda a day which is so much better then where I was year ago. Well more later
