My Goals:
I initially want to eat healthier & life longer, not only for myself of course but for my family. Yeah, that would be selfless of me, now wouldn't it? Well, I would like to get my blood pressure away from the border line back to normal. And why not do all that & look great when I'm done!

January 31st Goal 160lbs

March 5th Goal 150lbs

April learn to Maintain Goal Weight! 152lbs - 147lbs

My Program:
I have several DVDs I work with Cathe, Tommy D, Patrick Goudeau & the Firm DVDs. My hubby also got me a treadmill. It was supposed to be a joint gift..Oh well....Here's to lookin at me. . . .

    High blood pressure is a killer. I am taking the meds. Cant afford a stroke and any like that.

    update I found out a few months back that my blood pressure machine was giving me false readings. It was high then shown. So I got a new machine and it is back on the right numbers. My doctor change one of my meds to three times a day. But I could not get a good schedule with. I did not want to wake up at 3 in the morning taking meds. Now it is back on the better numbers. I try and watch my salt intake. It is tough as salt is every where. The only way to avoid it is to make everything by hand. I cant do that. It is too hot in my areas for any oven to be on. I either use the insta pot, George Foreman grill, stove top or the microwave. I hope you are well.

    I need to get on spark a little more. I just not saw your post about HBP. Well I have a praise report I only take meds for it when the number on the top is over 120. It has been a week and I have not had to take the meds for it. I have taken off a few more pounds since my divorce. I have less stress in my life. Now I usually take my meds for HBP every 4 days. But now it has been a week. I think I will have it check at one of those sit and check thingys??
