Introduction Text My name is Angela and I am a happily married native of Florida who now lives in Maryville, Tennessee.

I think that goals should be realistic so I am taking the slow approach to listing my goals.

I am going to dofocus on consuming no more than 1,800-2,000 calories per day. I am going to eat more freshly prepared meals and less processed meals. (Ever look at the sodium content in prepared/packaged foods?) My fitness routine is to walk the treadmill 5 days a week, 30 minutes per day for starters, but I'd like to get up to an hour).

I am very happily married to my soulmate Bill (Intennessee) and have no children. I moved to Knoxville, Tennessee on May 26, 2007 from Leesburg, Florida which is about an hour north of Orlando. I love East Tennessee and think it was the best personal decision I have made in a really long time.

I enjoy reading, writing, organic gardening, learning about health and fitness, exploring East Tennessee, and spending quality time with family and friends.
