I realize keeping wt off is really hard. I dropped 50# and have kept it off for 2 yrs now, because I found an endocrinologist/internist who put me on Metformin and my blood sugar went from 115 to 100 and I no longer have cravings. I know Sparks is against medications, but I think they fill a need and they certainly were my answer.

I've read a lot about "tummy tucks" and they really are very helpful to a person's health, as they tighten the muscles and help to hold in the organs and give support to the back, unlike just having "skin removal surgery." It isn't "cosmetic" by a long measure. When you have it done, ask the surgeon to take out your appendix if you can, so you don't need it later. My brother had to have his out at 65 and my FIL had his out at 83. I've lived without mine for 63 yrs as I'm 69 now and have never missed it. 669 days ago
